1. Overview
Sweeps Farmer ("we", "us", "our") operates the Sweeps Farmer Chrome extension and website at sweepsfarmer.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
Sweeps Farmer is a browser automation tool that helps users collect daily bonuses from sweepstakes casinos. We are not affiliated with any sweepstakes casino. Sweepstakes coins have no real-money value.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create a Sweeps Farmer account, we collect your email address and a hashed version of your password.
Casino Credentials
Your sweepstakes casino login credentials (email and password) are stored locally in your browserusing Chrome's storage API. They are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.
Usage Data
We may collect anonymous usage statistics such as which casinos are automated and collection success rates to improve the service.
On the website, we measure aggregate traffic (pages viewed, referring site, approximate region, device type) using Google Analytics. See section 6 for how this works and who it applies to.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the Sweeps Farmer service
- To process subscription payments (via our payment processor)
- To send account-related emails (receipts, password resets)
- To improve the extension and add support for new casinos
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Data Storage & Security
Casino credentials are stored exclusively in your local browser via chrome.storage.local. They never leave your device. Your Sweeps Farmer account data is stored on secure servers with encryption at rest and in transit.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Stripe, payment processing for Unlimited plan subscriptions
- Google Chrome Web Store, extension distribution
- Google Analytics, website traffic measurement, outside the EEA, UK and Switzerland
Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing their data practices.
6. Cookies
The Sweeps Farmer website uses essential cookies required for authentication and session management, plus a small regional flag cookie that records whether analytics is permitted for your location. The regional flag contains no identifier and is not used to recognize you.
We also use Google Analytics to see which pages visitors find useful. Google Analytics sets its own cookies to tell repeat visits apart. We have turned off Google Signals and ad personalization, so this data is not fed into advertising products. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not run retargeting.
Analytics does not load at all for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland. Those visitors receive no analytics cookies, which is why this site does not show a cookie consent banner.
Anywhere else, you can opt out at any time with a browser content blocker or Google's official opt-out add-on.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Export your account data
- Opt out of non-essential communications

8. Children's Privacy
Sweeps Farmer is intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. Sweepstakes casinos are only available to adults.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of Sweeps Farmer after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
